A Snowy Day

As a "seminary widow" these two weeks (Tony is taking a block class at BJ Seminary) I'm buying up time with each of my girls and of course, Jake. I've been having lunch dates and discovering the brand new world of blogging for the first time. (I have some help in the form of my oldest daughter, Amy!)

Today I ventured out on slushy and sometimes slippery roads and managed the slippery slopes of Amy's street to enjoy some time with her and Jake. After Jake's adventure in acquainting himself with his first snow, we enjoyed some potato soup and tuna pitas.

"Praise the Lord from the earth. . . snow and mist, stormy wind fulfilling His word." Psalm 148:7-8

It was so much fun! Thanks for the yummy soup and pitas, but mostly thanks for your fellowship! I love you!
I am eager for Jake to experience next year this time in Cape Town. It will be very soon!
