Psalm 121:8"
In March, we had the joy of having our oldest daughter, Amy, and the four grandchildren with us for 2 weeks before their relocation to Florida.
In order not to lose her respite care room at Shepherd's Care, my mother was required to take her room on March 13.We thank the Lord that He orchestrated these events which allowed me to travel the 600+ miles with Amy and the children to Florida on March 14.
It was delightful to spend extra time with them and especially to get better acquainted with Baby Noah.
Rob traveled to Tampa to begin his new job and to find housing for the family on March 2. Just before his departure, we were able to help get their home packed and celebrate Rob's birthday. In order not to lose her respite care room at Shepherd's Care, my mother was required to take her room on March 13.We thank the Lord that He orchestrated these events which allowed me to travel the 600+ miles with Amy and the children to Florida on March 14.
Tony traveled down with the U-Haul trailer on March 13 and was able to spend the next day unpacking. Most appreciated was the fact that he got to set up the beds for the weary travelers who arrived in time for dinner the next day.
On March 6, Tony enjoyed preaching at a missions conference for Dr. Huey Mills in Lancaster, SC. A few days later, he finished up his 84-page syllabi in English and in Afrikaans for his Acts course beginning April 3 in South Africa.
On March 23, I taught a lesson on "Hospitality in the Home and Church" for the Seminary Wives' Sunday School class. I also completed the lessons and handouts for the multi-church ladies' retreat to be held April 11-12 in Melbosstrand, South Africa.
We arrived in South Africa on March 31, tired but eager to put our hands to the plow in that harvest field once again.
