Garland Grands' Visit

"Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life:  but teach them thy sons, and thy sons' sons. Deuteronomy 4:9"
Over Christmas and New Year's we enjoyed a visit from our 4 grandchildren and their parents, Amy and Rob.  Many happy meals were shared around the table together with them and others.
Many memories were made include: having an impromptu angel choir and nativity play;
molding homemade soft pretzels into shapes  . . .
or using cookie cutters;
celebrating Noelle's fifth birthday;
sharing the birthday with friends who also had holiday season birthdays;
holding an indoor snowball fight;
learning that boys and (big boys) know how to use strategy to win;
entertaining new neighbors;
making new friends;
having a game of checkers with a grandson;
watching a one-year old's computer skills develop!
How blessed we were to share several weeks together before they returned to their home in Florida.
