"Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields . . . .John 4:35"
"Open my eyes, Lord" was the theme of the missions' conference October 29 - November 2 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Millville, PA. This was our sixth conference there. Our first one was in 1987 and each time the fellowship with and love for this church family, who have supported us the past 27 years, grow deeper.
After the 650 mile drive up to PA, Tony took the children's church on "a trip to South Africa" . . . .. . . and I taught them the gospel using the wordless book colours from South Africa's flag.
Afterwards the children enjoyed their first cup of rooibos (red bush) tea.
On Friday evening, Tony preached the first of two parts on Acts 1.

| Ladies of all ages enjoyed the brunch at Perkins on Saturday. |
And her "Nana," Paula, has been a dear friend all these years.
We enjoyed staying with Yosts for a second time. Ferne tempted us with ice cream every evening!
It was our first time to see and enjoy romanesco, along with the other yummy multi-colored cauliflower!"Uncle" Tony and Sam got on famously. Sam's older siblings crept into our hearts as well. They are children of Joel and Sarah Wagner, who are preparing to ministry in India and Myanmar under Bibles International.
The children's choir ministered on Sunday evening,
. . . before Tony preached the closing message of the conference.
