Ministry Opportunities

". . . some having compassion, making a difference. Jude 22"
Bethany and I visited Chantal at the care facility where she continues to live since her mom passed away there in March. While visiting Jamielah to take her blood pressure, Bethany got acquainted with Shakera en Kiana. Lord willing, I will get to visit with her again when I take her a photo of Kiana that I took.
Pillays stopped in one morning to visit and give us the doctor's report on Azura. This family is a wonderful testimony to the grace of God. God was so faithful to direct them in getting answers to their daughter's needs. What a joy to know them!
Bethany had opportunity to use her musical abilities while she was with us for the first three weeks of October. She also taught a lesson from the life of David to our Sunday School. Nine of us that took a Saturday to take an outing to the Cape Point and greatly enjoyed the beauty of God's creation. While traveling down to the tip of the peninsula, we sang and shared testimonies. This was the first time these young people and young adults had visited the "Cape of Storms," where we saw ostriches . . .baboons . . .and even the Southern Right Whale, who breed in our waters each spring! On her last evening with us, Bethany snapped this photo of me and Tony when we enjoyed our meal of Spinach and Feta Cheese Quiche, fruit salad and yoghurt. (Who says "MEN DON'T EAT QUICHE???") We will miss this new "daughter." We will miss this new "daughter." We pray she will have many wonderful ministry opportunities in Durban as she works with the Dunphys.
