Winter Block Course at Oostenberg Bybel Instituut

" .  .  .  commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.   II Timothy 2:2"

Tony has enjoyed teaching A Biblical Philosophy of Ministry in South Africa during the past 4 weeks.  His students have been faithful in attendance and in assignments.  It is a delight for him to teach these students who come from work 2 nights a week to study.
In South Africa, buildings are generally unheated, so everyone, even the teacher,  keeps their coats on, during the classes offered in winter.  If it is 40 F outside, it is 40 F inside!!
These students from different racial groups sit together shoulder to shoulder as brothers and sisters in Christ despite racial differences that would have separated them before salvation.
The institute meets in Immanuel Baptiste Kerk's building which our first group of believers laboured together on Saturdays for four years to erect.  To the glory of God, this assembly built and paid for their own church.
In addition to teaching and preaching, Tony has enjoyed  opportunities to fellowship with some of our spiritual children, like Bradley and Oriel.  He also visited people we have witnessed to and are praying for.
He is thankful for time with the missionaries and the MK's (missionary kids). They all love Uncle Tony!
On the Fourth of July, he was made the "jester" during a game.  He's always enjoys being one, but this is the first time he's even worn a jester's hat!  Pray for his safe return to the USA on Friday!
