Release Time 2014-15

"And God saw everything that He had made, and behold, it was very good.  Genesis 1:31"

As we prepared for 20 children for our K-5 Release Time class, which began September 10, our church secretary, Esther, was a tremendous help.  The behavior reinforcement animal pockets we made for each child seem to be helping our children really work hard to have good behavior.

Sophia does a great job teaching our memory verses on creation.

Here, she enlisted Elijah's help. Since we mostly have little boys, one of Elijah's big job is to monitor the boys' visits to the restroom.

On Sunday evenings, Elijah helps Tony set up our classroom and Tony's Grade 5 boys' classroom.

The other members of our team are Mrs. Evans and Mrs. Elena. 

 

Our class is a good representation of the three main cultural groups of Greenville County.  

We pray that we will be able to communicate hearts.  Recently I asked what God said at the end of each

day of creation, one little guy answered enthusiastically,

"He said, 'It is SO GOOD!'" Pray that we can clearly present the gospel teach week and see God begin to grow seeds of faith in their hearts.
